Fly-half Malcom Dacey came on as a replacement as The British & Irish Lions took on a Rest of the World XV in Cardiff in 1986.
The game was set up to commemorate the centenary of the International Rugby Football Board (IRFB), which would shortly afterwards become the IRB – the International Rugby Board.
The Lions, managed by Clive Rowlands and coached by Mick Doyle, couldn’t overcome the opposition in wet conditions however, suffering a 15-7 defeat.
Away from the Lions Dacey, who was born in Swansea on 12 July 1960, represented Wales 15 times.
