Hooker Mark Regan played six matches and scored two tries during the 1997 Lions Tour to South Africa, where he also won a Test cap.
Regan had a notable rivalry with Ireland’s Keith Wood and although he was kept out of the first and second Tests, Regan did play in the final test against the Springboks.
Overall he made 46 appearances for England and was part of Sir Clive Woodward’s World Cup winning team in 2003.
Nicknamed Ronnie, he played club rugby for Bristol, Bath and Leeds Tykes.
