Lock Nathan Hines was selected for the 2009 tour to South Africa and played in five warm-up matches but did not feature in any of the Test matches.
Born in Australia, Hines initially played rugby league before crossing codes aged 22.
He qualified to play for Scotland through his maternal grandfather George from Govan in Glasgow and won 77 caps before retiring in November 2011.
