Ireland scrum-half Roger Young played as many times for the Lions as he did for his country.
Young went on the 1966 Tour to Australia and New Zealand, making 17 appearances and scoring three points.
After playing in the two Test wins over Australia, Young featured in the opening Test against New Zealand, but did not play another Test that series after the Lions were beaten 16-12.
Two years later he was once again selected to tour with the Lions and played a further nine times in the famous red Lions jersey – including one Test cap – scoring two tries, with his final appearance coming in a 26-6 win against Border Bulldogs.
