Stuart Watkins toured New Zealand and Australia with The British & Irish Lions in 1966, appearing in three of the six Tests.
The Welsh wing featuring in the 11-8 victory over Australia, who the Lions would beat again 31-0 to record what was then their highest Test match score against any country.
Although on the other side of the Tasman sea it was a different story as New Zealand won all four Tests.
Watkins burst onto the scene with Wales in 1964, helping his country hand Scotland their only defeat of that season on their way to winning the Five Nations.
He made 26 appearances for Wales - his defining moment coming against France in the 1966 Five Nations when he scored a 75-yard try to help secure a famous win.
