Newcastle scrum-half Lee Dickson is to join newly-promoted Northampton at the end of the current Premiership season.
Dickson, who has scored three tries in 57 first-team appearances for the Falcons, has started nine Premiership games this season.
Newcastle’s acting director of rugby Steve Bates said: "Lee was out of contract at the end of this season, and scrum-half is a position in which we have a wealth of talent right now."
